Padhaai Circle

How we recognise the work of learning, the work of helping others learn, and the work of paying for it. Five currencies, one rule: none of them buys a lesson, because everything to learn is already yours.

Padhaai Circle has not opened yet. Coins and ratnas are not being counted, and activity from before it opens will not be added retrospectively — we would rather say that plainly than imply a balance is quietly building. Certificates and streaks are not part of this switch and already work.

Who this is for

Four kinds of people keep this platform running, and each is recognised in a currency named for what it actually recognises. Follow whichever one is you.

Learners

Gyan Coins for the work you put in. Vidya Ratnas for what you have genuinely mastered. Named milestones along the way that belong to you and are never a position against anybody else.

What learners earn

Teachers, mentors and subject experts

Karma Points when a contribution you make is accepted — never for effort merely offered. Guru Dakshina towards your own professional development. Volunteer or paid, the ledger treats you identically.

What educators earn

Parents and guardians

You hold the consent, the delivery address and the decision. Sanrakshak Points would recognise staying involved — designed, and honest that it is not built.

What guardians hold

Supporters

People who pay so that a child does not have to. Recognition by name if you want it, and never one thing more than recognition — no access, no priority, no say over what a child is taught.

The currencies, and who holds them

Each is named in the languages this platform teaches in, because the thing being recognised is not a points balance. None of them converts to money, for anyone, ever.

Gyan Coins — learners, for effort completed.
Vidya Ratnas — learners, for mastery reached.
Karma Points — educators, for contribution accepted.
Guru Dakshina — educators, awarded by review, for professional development.
Sanrakshak Points — guardians, for staying involved. Designed, not yet built.

What this is built on

Four rules decide everything below. They are the reason some of what you might expect from a rewards programme is deliberately missing.

You are recognised for what you learned, not for how long you sat. Minutes are not rewarded; a concept you have genuinely mastered is.
Nobody is placed above anybody. There are no leaderboards, no ranks, no comparisons with your classmates — not hidden, not anywhere.
Coins and ratnas never expire and cannot be taken away once earned. Streaks are the one thing that can lapse — a missed day can end one, and earned shields cover a limited number of gaps.
No lesson, textbook, practice set or test is ever behind any of this. Education is not the prize.

One thing worth repeating

Nothing on this page gates a single lesson. If Padhaai Circle were switched off tomorrow, every learner would still have every textbook, every practice set, every test and every explanation. Recognition sits beside the learning; it is never the price of it.
